Wedding Bouquet Preservation - Preserve Wedding Flowers

Arrange with Timeless Flowers to receive your bouquet as soon as possible after your wedding.

Please keep your flowers cool and hydrated until they get to us (DO NOT FREEZE THEM).

We are available 7 days a week. For your convenience we can schedule to pick up your flowers the day of the wedding or arrange for your flowers to be dropped off at one of our convenient locations the following day.

If you leave outside the South Florida area you can have your flowers shipped to us overnight.

For best results, if you are shipping your flowers to us, Priority Overnight Delivery through your local postoffice will be the most economical. You can also use Federal Express or UPS. The quicker we get the flowers the better end result. Keep your flowers in the refrigerator until shipment, DO NOT FREEZE.

Materials Needed:

	Plastic Bag
	Large Foil Pan (Foil paper works the same.)
	Styrofoam cooler
	Cardboard box
	Freezer packs (You can use ice in zip lock bags it works the same make sure they are tightly sealed.)
	Dry crumpled newspaper

Packing Your Flowers:

	Secure ices packs at bottom of cooler.
	Place foil pan on top of ice packs.
	Spray flowers with a lot of water and place in plastic bag on top of foil pan. IF FREEZER BAGS TOUCH FLOWERS DAMAGE MAY RESULT.
	Place dry crumbled newspaper around flowers to fill cooler.
	Place styrofoam cooler in box.
	Place any pictures and invitations in a zip lock bag.
	Label the box "Perishable."

Make Sure to Include:

	Download Registration Form (write in your information). Make sure you note on the registration form items you are shipping along with your flowers.
	A deposit of $50.00.
